Dear Pat,

It is approaching a year since the installation of your BatchTron control system in our plant.  We have had no 
problems up to this point.  I am writing this letter just to thank you and your tech support team.  When ever 
I need help they responded ASAP.  I would recommend Scaletron and its staff to anyone wanting a quality,
