Silo, tank and feed bin weighing with Internet access

Designed for use on up to 32 vessels per location, where both local and /or cloud based remote access is required.  Multiple locations can be grouped together on a single web browser allowing companies to monitor and order material from a single location.
 

SiloWeigh.Net pairs the L-Strain or Silex sensors with our software and your local network and/or the cloud. The cloud-based database displays all the company’s vessels through a web browser accessible via username and password from any PC, Tablet or smartphone. Customizable Visual warning at Reorder and Low levels points, plus audible warning if you need it, to prevent loss of production and missed deliveries. Ability to check every delivery, even weeks ago, against the delivery ticket. 

SiloWeigh.net is perfect for feed bin weighing, silo or tank inventory measurement; any legged or skirted storage vessel in fact.  SiloWeigh.net measures the actual weight of the vessel and contents or uses a liquid hydrostatic level sensor to give a true picture of the amount on hand.

SiloWeigh is the perfect solution for accurate inventory monitoring of legged or skirted silos, bins or tanks. It is better than  level measurement, as SiloWeigh measures the actual weight of the vessel and its contents.

  • SiloWeigh.Net is self-contained, with all the software installed and set up for your application, ready for “Plug-and-Play”, connection to the local network and SiloWeigh.Net’s cloud server.

  • Request the optional 15″ TFT color touch-screen on the front panel to  turn it into a full-featured system with local display.  It also has connection to the local network and the Internet when desired.

  • SiloWeigh’s sensors are temperature compensated; they cancel the effects of the structure’s expansion with temperature while measuring the compression due to load.  Typical accuracy ±2% of full scale when all four legs are gauged. Skirted silos – expect ±5% of full scale:

  • Mount the legs on Load Cells for higher accuracy (0.1%)

  • All-weather. Sensors, wiring and junction boxes meet NEMA-4, IP66 and you can set up the dust and splashproof industrial touch screen display system in a convenient indoor location.

  • No moving parts for long life and reliability.

Silo Capacity and stress:

All silo capacities can be measured. The limitation is the stress in the support structure. Acceptable stress is in the range 1500 to 15,000 lb per square inch.

Up to 50 sensors or 32 vessels can be powered from each SiloWeigh.net DAQ cabinet.

DAQ acts as a web server to computers on local network.

8 to 24 Opto-22 relays settable to any value, close on rising or falling values. 2 inputs are Audible Alarm Cancel and Master Cancel, other inputs available to create custom message.

Sensors: -40 to +70°C (-40 to +160°F). Display: 0-50°C (32-120°F).
