The easily installed rotating jets are fully automatic. The high pressure pump unit, 1000 psi pressure at full flow of 20 gpm, suits all concrete mixers up to 12000/8000 (10.5 yd) size as well as many other applications. We size the mixer washout reservoir for a full wash cycle with automatic refill and low-water pump shutoff. Coupled with Scale-Tron’s control unit, the complete system is a highly effective, reliable and flexible solution that automatically cleans all types of mixer. 2550-20 – 20 gpm pump, 1000 psi, suitable for high pressure washout of all mixers up to 12000/8000 (10.5 yd) size. Feeds heads in sequence through high pres
sure valves.
Dimensions: 40” W x 28”D x 60” H with reservoir.
Reservoir – 150 gal cylindrical polyethylene, 28” x 56” H with high/refill/low sensors and solenoid filling valve.
Power – specify 380 or 415V 50 Hz, 480 V or 575 V 60 Hz 3-phase when ordering.
Hand wash gun – high flow, high power, heavy-duty gun, suitable for blasting hard-to-reach deposits off mixer surfaces and general clean-up work, supplied with 20 ft hose.
Control system
Internal PLC gives the ultimate in functionality. You can choose manual operation, timed mixer washout cycle or remote cleanout control from batching controller. You can also use it as a concrete inter-batch wash. Just time the water (because the pump delivers constant volume per minute, which is as good as metering) or meter it. As a result, the water can be used in the subsequent batch.
